1.      HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY LOGO WILL COST MORE THAN $25 TO DIGITIZE?

                   The only way to know for sure is to email your artwork to artwork@jtechembroidery.com and  

                        before we digitize the logo we will contact you with a price quote. Most left chest or hat logo's

                        fall into the category of typical and will be $25.

 
2.      HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?

                   This depends on business demands at the time of the order, however most orders will be shipped

                        or ready for pick up within 7 business days of receiving the artwork.  When the order is placed

                        we can give you a more accurate turnaround time.

 
3.      ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDERS?

                   No, there are no minimums on anything.

 
4.      CAN I BUY SOMETHING WITHOUT GETTING IT EMBROIDERED?

                   Sure, You can buy anything in our catalog blank or have most things embroidered.

5.      HOW DO I PLACE AN EMBROIDERY ORDER?

6.      DO I HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU TO HAVE IT EMBROIDERED?

                   No we will embroider your garments. However we operate within the normal business standards

                        of 2% loss.  Which means we are not responsible for lost/damaged goods up to 2% of total

                        order.

7.      DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?

                   Yes until you build a credit line with us. However each order is subject to review and may be

8.      WHAT KIND OF ARTWORK DO YOU NEED TO DIGITIZE MY LOGO.

                   If you are emailing it a typical graphic file will suffice (jpeg, gif, jpg, bmp etc) however in some

                        cases a business card or good color or black and white image will do.
